Customer Service 101 – The Most Basic Principle for Success!

Customer Service 101 will take dentists and staff through each area in the dental office and how to provide excellent customer service. Any dentist, regardless of network status with insurance companies, can improve their office and create an atmosphere that patients love. We will also talk about the benefits of being Insurance Independent and why customer service is so important if you are OON with insurance plans.

By the end of this presentation, attendees will be able to identify areas within their practices that can be improved or enhanced by incorporating these techniques and workflows regarding customer service. Teams will also have the opportunity to set goals for their own offices.

Jill Tanzi, DDS is a general dentist, small business-owner who started her practice, The Dentist at Hopkinton, from scratch in 2003. She is a graduate of University of Maryland School of Dentistry and has taken several advanced education curricula such as Spear Institute, Dawson Academy, Midwest Implant Institute, and the American Academy of Facial Esthetics. Jill is also a founding member and president of the Alliance of Independent Dentists, Massachusetts, an organization that advocates for private practitioners.

Kristine Grazioso DMD received her dental degree from the  University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine (1993) and her certificate in Pediatric Dentistry from St Christopher’s Hospital for Children in Philadelphia , PA (1996).  She started her first practice in Cohasset in 1999 and her second practice (with partners) in Abington in 2016. She strongly believes independent dentistry is the best practice model for the public and has advocated for dentists and patients throughout her career.  She is a founding member and current Vice President of the Alliance of Independent Dentists, Massachusetts.
